Your mission

You will be responsible for elaborating and deploying the Wholesale strategy for Essilor Canada. The manager is focused on activating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships and assuring profitable growth for the Wholesale channel. You are knowledgeable of the performance of every account and maximize opportunities by working closely with internal stakeholders sur as inside sales, marketing, operations an supply chain in order to meet customer needs.

Your main challenges

  • Analyze performance, growth opportunities, competitive landscape and future product and trends forecasts;
  • Develop partnerships with account buyers and account management;
  • Achieve annual & Long term revenue & gross margin targets by growing existing accounts, as well as onboarding new accounts;
  • Assure customer satisfaction and loyalty through rigorous product and price positioning for accounts, ensuring it considers all channels;
  • Build peer support and strong internal company relationships to assure successful distribution of products;
  • Develop and manage account manager under his responsibility.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Proven business acumen;
  • Proven sales acumen, business development and prospecting abilities;
  • Knowledgeable on the current industry landscape and competitors with an ability to be innovative in sales strategies and product positioning;
  • A driven, self-motivated individual, with a growth mindset;
  • Effective leader, communicator and customer relationship manager;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
