What will your typical day look like?

In this interesting and diverse role, you’ll:

  • Be accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Provide consultation directly to Salesforce COE leadership and customers around solution options and vendor product selection as needed and work with Salesforce COE and business leadership to develop a strategy for execution of product roadmaps.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to budget and prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance project engagements.
  • Work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to develop high level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions and also oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met.
  • Lead all design/development aspects of SDLC for Salesforce projects in partnership with PMO and also head project execution, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure proper functioning of the Products / Applications and recommend upgrades for them and escalate any issues, risks, and decisions to the COE Leader or other stakeholders as necessary and develop mitigating actions.
  • Ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed and review projects or deliverables for completeness of thought and consistency of approach and interface.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
  • 5+ years of project delivery experience in Salesforce and should have 1 or 2 Enterprise full life cycle project implementation experience of Salesforce/Force.com projects as a Delivery Manager.
  • Experience with different Salesforce Clouds and Integration technologies.
  • Experience using Waterfall/Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives
