ABOUT THE TEAM

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Business and Technology Governance, you will be responsible for evaluating technology solution permission models, analyzing access requests, and implementing and executing controls to mitigate risks of inappropriate access and/or segregation of duties issues.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, Business and Technology Governance, you’ll:

Establish and implement an organizational approach framework to manage data access based on its level of risk and classification.

Analyze, implement and maintain access management models for various business tools and solutions, such as trading system, ledger, Analytics tools, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.

Analyze, implement and maintain the organization’s access management processes, procedures and separation of duties matrices.

Identify relevant risks during model analysis and collaborate with relevant teams to establish controls and mitigate these risks (design, implementation and execution).

Contribute to the implementation of practices regarding the management of external identities, privileged accounts and access in a cloud environment.

Participate in the identification and implementation of new IAM system features.

Interact with internal and external auditors and ensure coordination of the various audit mandates.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Professional experience in access management, IT internal controls, internal control frameworks and/or IT audit

Experience in developing and implementing processes, procedures and controls

Ability to understand business issues and integrate them into the development of technology solutions, access models and relevant controls identification

Good knowledge of technological challenges and risks, and ability to formulate functional and value-added requirements and recommendations

Good knowledge of investment business processes or financial services

Knowledge of cloud services concepts and solutions and Analytics tools, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.

Strong analytical, problem identification and problem-solving skills

Collaborative approach, excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills (English and French)

Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent

CISA, CPA, or other relevant certification, an asset
