Job Overview
Job title: Senior Business Analyst
Job description: The Senior Business Analyst works with internal and external stakeholders to enhance and improve business analysis services by designing and developing future state processes that align with the Corporate Plan and vision. This role is accountable to ensure business alignment between subject matter experts, Digital Technology & Security, senior management and external stakeholders by using best practice business analysis skills and techniques.
Qualified applicants will possess
– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration.
– Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or other formal Business Analyst training is considered an asset.
– Four (4) years experience working on IT projects with a solid understanding of mainstream project management methodologies and experience working with: varying level of stakeholders and within tight timeframes, facilitating and documenting business requirements and/or performing and documenting process reviews, and working with mainstream modeling software, information sharing platforms and group facilitation products.
A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered
