The Data Analytics & Business Intelligence team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to hop on the bandwagon. You will work with various departments across the organization to provide analytic and technical skills necessary to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to solve some of RenoRun’s most pressing needs.
This is a hybrid role located in Montreal or Toronto.
What you’ll do:
- Provide innovative analytical insights to evaluate and improve business needs to various stakeholders across the company by conducting detailed data analysis on data used across business units;
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to develop analysis and provide expertise by translating business needs to design;
- Develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for accurate insights and data visualization;
- Applies techniques such as customer segmentation, optimization, test & design of experiments and predictive analytics to solve business problems. Uses financial impact analysis to assess the effectiveness of proposed solution/strategy.
- Extract, clean, and manipulate large and complex sets of data by translating them into non technical stories for stakeholders to understand.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years experience with descriptive and predictive data analysis;
- Experience working with revenue data and metrics;
- Capacity to write SQL queries (or equivalent coding language like R or Python) and experience with visualization tools;
- Ability to positively influence and motivate stakeholders;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or other.
