Job Description
- Maintaining relationships with clients; communicating with IT and business management. Monitoring prompt response and support for technical issues.
- Ensuring high standards and quality of technical work. Directing reviews of tools and technologies for improving performance and reducing costs.
- Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.
- Directing and managing the delivery of large or complex application development projects. Defining strategies and client needs focused on technology development.
Job Summary * Senior Director responsible for Wholesale Finance IT applications including business analysis, development and testing. In addition, Finance IT
responsibilities for FIDES and IFRS17 and Cash Management programs
- Directly managing a global technology team of approximately 100 people (program/project managers, analyst, developers and quality engineering)
- Stakeholder Management responsible for executive engagement and briefing at operational & governance levels. Experienced engagement
with Bank Executive Committee, Operating Committees, Bank Board of Directors, and local Management Committees, Executive Steering
Committees, external regulators and audit firms
