Job description: Our team has an exciting opportunity with an innovative, industry leading medical device company for a Senior Education Manager. If you are experienced in developing and implementing educational solutions to meet customer and commercial needs, this opportunity is for you!

General Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of education programs
• Conduct assessment of needs to develop training priorities
• Work closely with senior leadership team to develop strategies related to training
• Provide guidance in the production of learning solutions for both e-learning and instructor-led programs
• Manage event team, and provide strategic input on event initiatives
• Other tasks as required

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in education and training within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
• 5+ years of management experience in a learning and development environment
• Experience launching e-learning programs
• Ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior leaders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
