As a valued member of the IT Team, the Senior “Infrastructure Analyst” is responsible for the support and management of IT services in our 4 warehousing facilities across the GTA, supporting, patching, user support and be involved in projects

Specific Accountabilities

• IT Incident management, investigations, escalations, and resolutions
• Maintenance and installation of end-user hardware and software
• Ensure that end-user devices and network devices (firewall, switch, physical and virtual servers) are always secure and patched (firmware and software updates)
• Support Microsoft M365 administration of Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Compliance Center, Cloud App Security and the Security Center
• Maintain and monitor L2/L3 servers and services hosted on the data center
• Maintain and monitor all operations and infrastructure through alerts and logs to keep an eye on the organization’s digital security footprint
• Maintain and support WAN and LAN technologies, Firewalls, Routers, HPE Switches and Meraki Wi-Fi access points
• Perform regular health checks on infrastructure, backups, and other disaster recovery tools
• Maintain and update internal documentation regarding system use, procedures, and processes

Qualifications / Educational Requirements:

• Post Secondary Education in Information Technology
• 5 years’ previous experience handling IT Incident management, investigation and escalations
• Strong communication and highly organized
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced and high-growth environment
• Capable of managing multiple ongoing priorities as well as departmental projects
• Customer focused and results driven
• Warehousing/production facility experience considered an asset
• Advanced knowledge and experience of document and label printer (Zebra) and RF scanner setup and configuration
• Proven experience in handling IT Incident management, investigation and escalations
• Occasional travel, weekend & after-hours support
• 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (Day shift, Monday to Friday)
