To support the team of HR professionals at the head office and Canadian plants, they are looking for a Senior Manager – Human Resources, reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development!

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or Administration, specializing in Human Resources;
Member of the Ordre CRHA or CRIA;
Minimum of 15 years of experience as a human resources generalist, including 5 years managing a team of HR professionals;
Experience in labour relations and negotiations is an asset;
Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English.
