Job description: Senior Technical Writer- Food Industry experience.
Our client, a global brand providing specialized dairy ingredients for use in a wide variety of food and beverage applications, is looking for a senior technical writer.
4 months work end May- end Sept
The role is full time, 40 hours per week
50% on site in Abbotsford, B.C., 50% remote
Responsibilities:
Write, rewrite and edit food safety SOP documents
Meet with internal stakeholders to review the SOPs
Agree a prioritization list
Skills:
3 years minimum experience technical writing
Experience with SOPs and operating manuals for manufacturing and compliance docs,
Food safety industry experience is a plus
Expert user of Microsoft SharePoint and Office Suite technologies
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan/design deliverables
