In the Elements Contact Cloud team, you are responsible to support the elements platform that is shared among internal and external clients. You will assist the team by providing guidance on the standards, strategies and, in collaboration with the service delivery team, the architecture of the platform. As a Senior Technology Consultant you will focus on ensuring our ECC network is robust, secure and meets the needs of our ever growing list of customers. You will be expected to provide leadership and technical guidance to our ECC Tier 4 team. As such your are expected to have expensive network experience and good leadership skills.

As the Senior Technology Consultant for the ECC platform, you will provide high level and detailed consulting and support to our teams and clients helping out team efficiently manage high severity incidents. In addition, you will work closely with the service delivery team to help ensure that new products and services are ready for day two operations prior to take over. You will possess a strong customer focus with the ability to diagnose complex network problems and interface with other team members outside of your area for problem resolution.

  • Extensive experience with architecture, design, deployment and support of ECC infrastructure and supporting technologies
  • Exceptional understanding of the requirements needed to design, manage and maintain complex networked data systems and their peripherals with a senior to expert level of technical skills within many of the core relevant technical proficiencies
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome the challenges both technical and non-technical to achieve a successful close of their projects
  • Coaching and mentoring team members as needed
  • Exceptional understanding of the requirements needed to design, manage and maintain complex networked data systems and their peripherals with a senior to expert level of technical skills within many of the core relevant technical proficiencies
  • Providing thought leadership, evaluating emerging technologies, and implementing process improvement and new best practices to optimize the ECC infrastructure and automate/simplify tasks/routines

  • Able and willing to be the SPOC as part of an on call, 24×7 pager rotation team to provide after-hours Tier 4 escalation support

  • Sought out for your track record of managing multiple, concurrent tasks and projects in a fast paced, large, complex environment and achieving results as committed to
  • Recognized for your ability to seek out, analyze and translate facts, data and intelligence into key insights, concepts, recommendations and solutions
  • Known to proactively identifying issues and opportunities, analyzing facts and data, and developing and implementing solutions to address
  • Recognized within the industry as an expert in his/her field
  • Works with the management team to formulate strategic plans
