Position Description:

The Network Learning and Development team is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to support leading and delivering learning programs for Bell Network. This role is responsible for supporting the transformation of Network’s business results and customer experience by delivering and supporting valued programs that engage team members through continuously developing skills and competencies through people, process and technology avenues.

Role Accountabilities:

Lead, deliver and evolve all aspects of the current Network Learning and Develop programs including the following:

  • Lead and support development and roll-out of technology based learning programs
  • Create and support the organization’s overall capacity for development, through a “culture of learning” to facilitate positive impact of the strategic priorities of the business
  • Accountable to identify, implement and communicate program solutions with key stakeholders
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external business partners is key to evolving and sustaining learning programs
  • Contact for developing talent through coaching and mentoring relationships
  • Measure and report on the success of development programs and modify as necessary
  • Negotiate contracts, builds and maintains relationships with third-party training providers
  • Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement solutions

Critical Competencies:

  • Technical background & understanding of current and future technologies, such as 5G, Cloud, Virtualization, Microservices
  • PMP Certification and/or related project management courses/experience is highly desirable
  • Passion for Learning and Development in a large organisation
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Highly autonomous, self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to function in complex and matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven relationship builder with all levels of an organization
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work flex hours and willing to travel on occasion
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skills are required.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); French is required for positions in Quebec.
