Associate Technology and Innovation (ATI) is a new team that builds products and services to automate, scale and reduce risk associated with a variety of strategies to grow the business-critical work-from-home part of the organization. You will have the opportunity to build game changing products, and rely on data science and machine learning to transfer your ideas into solutions for some of the most challenging technical problems in the next generation of flexible workforce technology. You’ll work with teams to drive automation, use the latest technology, pilot new concepts fast, and leverage data for real-time and large scale use-cases.
We are looking for a passionate and creative Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery and deployment of innovative technologies and features to thousands of global users. As an ideal candidate, you champion and advocate for quality, design thinking, collaboration and good software engineering practices. You take a pragmatic and iterative approach to building software: you have an ability to simplify and get things done, analyze customer feedback and focus on the most impactful and successful ideas customers need. You work effectively with external and internal teams. You are a leader who creates a positive climate in the workspace.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
· 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
· Experience writing software in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C, C++, or Python
· A passion for large project management and working with diverse stakeholders
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluency in Java and core Java classes, or any other programming language
· Experience implementing Native/Serverless (NAWS) solutions
· Deep experience with designing, building and deploying scalable, highly-available systems
· Analytical abilities, proven design skills and a track record of delivery
· Communication skills for both a technical and business audience
· Eagerness to deeply understand the goals and challenges of customer service operations
· Experience with web services and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) a plus
· Sprint/Kanban experience a plus
