Job Summary

Work within a newly formed functional unit called Global External Supply and provide analytical and data management support through the development of excel-based spreadsheets to be used as tools. The reports generated by these tools will provide performance and tracking of 3rd Party Supply Partners. You will be required to work with already created spreadsheets (with multiple formulas) as well as create your own spreadsheets based on the guidance provided by the GES team. You will also be required to run reports in SAP that will assist in creating new excel-based reports.

Job Responsibilities

· Use existing spreadsheets & tools to develop supply performance and tracking reports for all 3rd Party Partners

· Support the reporting needs of critical business processes that drive revenue, supply continuity and process management

· As guided by the GES team and by your own knowledge & expertise of supply chain management, support the development of new tools/spreadsheets using both existing spreadsheets as well as SAP tables/reports

· Develop an organized approach to managing reports and tracking documents in order to meet the expected business cycle

· Initiate eWDR’s for expired & shortdated inventory (as required)

· Master data clean up and maintenance for all Third party products

· Initiate change controls where updates/additions need to be made to material master GMP fields for third party product portfolio

· Assess all the reports and spreadsheet that are being used and wherever possible streamline into a more manageable and simpler process

· Chronologically document the monthly GES reporting and business cycle to support the team’s scheduling and time management

· Liaison with internal customers, support groups and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis – financial reporting in particular

· Work in a team approach environment to problem solve

Job Requirements

· Education

  • Student ending their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year

· Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated Pharmaceutical interest is an asset.
  • Study Focus on Supply Chain or Operations Management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate appropriately with other employees in different positions within the company (i.e. Supply Planners & Buyers, Managers,etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge base in Excel, and well versed in Word and Power Point are essential. SAP and MS Access would also be beneficial.
