What You’ll Do:

• Be a dedicated finance partner to our GTM teams, directly supporting our GTM leaders, and owning the financial planning & reporting
• Become a finance guru in ARR metrics, pipeline health, and other key top-line metrics
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and lead discussions using data-driven insights and financial analysis to strengthen the near and long-term effectiveness of the GTM teams
• Help drive FP&A processes including monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Define performance metrics to evaluate the ROI of GTM investments that will help us make future informed decisions
• Create unit economics to understand key drivers of the business model
• Create, refine, and drive scalable processes that enable operational excellence in all FP&A activities for the GTM team

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with sales planning, forecasting, and/or financial analysis
• 2+ years experience in SaaS/Software, supporting sales and marketing required
• Good understanding of SaaS business metrics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, churn, net dollar retention, and cohort growth rates
• Strong working experience and knowledge of business planning, forecasting, and reporting
