This position term will begin in May 2021 for 4 months. Active Recruitment to begin January 2021.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Procurement.

What you will do:

• Assist with Contract administration
• Assist with Contract negotiations
• Participate and administer competitive RFx sourcing process (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
• Create Purchase Orders in SAP
• Assist other team members as necessary including Asset Recovery and Third-Party warehouse portfolios.
• Competence in standard Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Basic understanding of SAP
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba an asset

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled in a university degree or diploma program required
• Supply Chain Management focus preferred
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred
