Working with the Lead, Talent Acquisition, this pivotal resource supports multiple client groups from our Vancouver headquarters. Together, we will own the charge of the discovery, evaluation, and vetting of best-in-breed recruitment tools across the domains of: Advertising and Sourcing; Assessment; Candidate and Talent Relationship Management; Communications; and Headhunting / Talent Search.

From there, we will support our recruiters worldwide in the configuration, deployment and ongoing optimization of their tools and workflows, to ensure that we are efficiently advancing recruitment efforts and reduction of vacancies across all global client groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Conduct business analysis on current recruitment processes and workflows, and detail current-state and business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into sophisticated reports and analytics through system improvements using automation
  • Act as an SAP RCM module domain authority, providing consultation and standard methodology recommendations on job requisition, full-cycle recruitment, and approval processes
  • Collaborate within the HRIS project team, Implementation Specialist(s), Vendors, SAP Administrator(s), and business partners to implement requirements to optimize the system and gain overall recruitment efficiencies
  • Coordinate vendors to ensure accurate implementation to support efficient recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation team on interdependencies that require upgrading and product improvements to bolster overall system performance
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational change requirements including strategic technology planning, communications, materials, and lead training on new systems and/or feature releases
  • Lead communications with internal client groups around system improvements, feature releases, and new technology implementation schedule(s)
  • Other project, implementation, configuration, coaching, and mentoring responsibilities related to servicing various client group’s needs surrounding the global recruitment technology stack as needs arise
  • Educating and training recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners on industry- best-practices in prospect and lead generation techniques and standard methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) to Seven (7) years’ combined work experience across the fields of tactical full-cycle recruiting and/or technical recruiting, human resources, HR-related technology and system implementations, project management, business analysis, and business intelligence
  • Outstanding interpersonal, analytical problem solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, training, and partnership skills
  • In-depth understanding of full-cycle recruitment, tactical headhunting and talent search strategies, business processes, and related workflow optimizations through technology implementation
  • Previous hands-on configuration, implementation, and/or certification with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module or similar enterprise-grade applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with SAP Talent Management modules including Recruiting, Marketing, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance, and Succession modules is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in carrying out facilitation and training for recruiters using diverse technologies and methodologies to ensure successful delivery and adoption
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of partner groups
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve desired results individually and as a part of a cohesive working group, in a combined variety of agile and existing work environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
