Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, client-focused environment
  • Excellent time management and proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow
  • Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders

A Day in the Life

  • You’ll support the renewal team advisors by updating, invoicing and generating letters using the Broker Management System (EPIC)
  • You’ll prepare refund requests as required
  • You’ll scan and attach documentation into the Broker Management System
  • You’ll coordinate and handle daily incoming mail (hard copy and electronic)
  • You’ll process outgoing mail
  • You’ll be responsible for the ordering of carrier supplies (wordings, claims cards)
