The opportunity
Our Cash Management team is expanding to meet the needs of our growing business. As Team Lead, Cash Management, you will provide ongoing operational support and leadership to a team of treasury analysts. Your team will be responsible for managing the daily cash needs of the company. You will also provide leadership and support for strategic initiatives in Cash Management. The successful candidate must have cash management experience in a corporate treasury environment. This position reports to the Manager, Cash Management in the Corporate Treasury group.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the daily cash management operations of the US, Canada and Mexico desks. Must be willing to train on all of the desks and provide coverage as needed
- Provide leadership to a team of skilled treasury analysts
- Act as a key contact for treasury activities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Review daily positions, evaluate rolling forecasts and communicate findings
- Identify areas of improvement for operational activities and organize the implementation of these improvements
- Perform other treasury activities as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of relevant work experience. Previous cash management experience is a requirement
- Solid understanding of the corporate treasury landscape
- Hands on experience with SAP ECC and TRM
- Ability to lead an effective team with integrity and create an environment where employees feel included, valued and supported to do work that energizes them
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or CFA is preferred b not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences
- Self-motivated, collaborative, innovative and motivated to develop a best-in-class cash management team
- Detail-oriented, organized, driven-problem solver with a desire to improve business efficiency
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and projects
