Infosys is seeking a API Connect Admin. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualification :

• 2+ years of experience as the API Connect Administrator
• Understand business requirements and come up with technical solution in terms of APIs Connect Platform deployment.
• Demonstrate the technical solution with Proof of Concept if required.
• Work on design, development and validation of the API Connect solutions prototypes.
• Technical expertise in the debugging of the APIs.
• Work with the API Management platforms to develop new Provider organizations, Products, Plans etc and test them.
• Should have strong knowledge on API Gateways implementation.
• Must have hands-on experience in API Security, Performance etc. Should have knowledge on SSL, Certificates etc
• Experience working with IBM Datapower gateways is preferred. Knowledge of MPG, WSP, Crypto Keys required.
• Experience with DevOps tools likeGit, Jenkins, BitBucket etc for API promotions.
• Experience with various Test tools required – SoapUI, Postman etc
• Ensures that solution meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
• Lead analytical and consulting working sessions to solve technical problems faced by the application teams trying to onboard to IBM API Connect
• Understanding of leveraging Integration Patterns based on the requirements using Synchronous (REST, SFTP, GZIP, SOAP) and Asynchronous (Message Queuing).
• Experience working with monitoring tools like Splunk, Kibana etc
• Web Services Interoperability knowledge
• Experience on Error handling and reconciliation mechanisms
