Infosys is seeking a Genesys Cloud This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 Years of Information Technology experience.
• Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 4 years of development experience
• Candidate needs to have an understanding of configuring Genesys PureCloud, PureCloud BYOC Cloud, BYOC on-prem solution.
• Sound experience on developing flows using Genesys Architect
• Experience in development using Genesys Cloud APIs, SDK, Custom App Development in Genesys Cloud.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of APIs and related integration with external NLU services
• Functional and technical understanding of building API based integrations with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Bot platforms
• Experience in design, development and implementation of enterprise Web applications using Angular/React/Vue.js/Express.js/NodeJS.
• Excellent understanding application integrations using API, Restful and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience in development of DTMF & SPEECH based IVR applications using Genesys Architect.
• Experience in Google Dialog Flow, Amazon Lex.
• Good knowledge of collaborative application development using Agile methodologies and distributed revision control (e.g. Git).
• Good knowledge of at least one general purpose CI/CD automation system (e.g. Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, Azure DevOps).
• Strong leadership skills and prior experience in leading the team and handling client independently
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent requirements gathering skills, speech discovery, client relationship skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
