You are passionate about learning new technologies and value the real estate industry as a whole (more knowledge of the real estate industry is a bonus, but not a requisite) You come from a place of service and feel rewarded when sharing that mastery with others to help them succeed. You will coach/train our real estate agents on one product vertical “Brivity Marketer” – our flagship marketing tool that automates marketing activities from print to digital to full mail send outs + more. As you master this vertical, there will be room to expand your knowledge of additional Brivity focused tools and solutions. Knowledge in marketing “know-how” is a definite bonus.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead training both one-on-one and group training for Brivity Marketer (video based).
- Coach agents through navigating best practices for increased usage and success.
- Provide weekly recaps about uptake of “Brivity Marketer” utilizing core metrics.
- Create and execute campaigns to increase awareness for agents as to the value propositions of Brivity Marketer using already established communication channels
- Participate in company wide training initiatives.
- Set up in a nice environment to host training calls digitally, comfortable on camera and using video systems like zoom, google meet etc.
Skills You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years customer service experience or teaching
- Knowledge of building training programs, marketing knowledge (print and digital)
- Patience and understanding – working with both tech savvy and non-tech savvy clients
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deep desire to learn and grow
- Comfortable with design tools like canva
