Job title: Technology Operations Support Coordinator
Job description: BRP, the world leader in recreational products, is looking for a Technology Operations Support Coordinator to join the Global Retail and Services! Would you like to be part of a dynamic, resourceful, and thoughtful team whose playground spans the globe? Based in Sherbrooke and/or from home, this is a 12-month mandate with the possibility of renewal!
As a new team member, you will coordinate activities related to operational technology support for internal users and dealers using their systems. Strong of your analytical and communication skills, you will act as the central link between requesters and support stakeholders. You will also get the opportunity to be an agent of change by optimizing existing processes! A glimpse of your new daily routine
- Identify the impacts of issues on activities and establish their prioritization;
- Coordinate system requests, resolutions, bugs and outages in a timely manner;
- Facilitate discussions between business users and IS&T operation teams;
- Redirect issues to the relevant stakeholders and perform appropriate follow-ups;
- Assist the support help desk answering more complex questions and requests;
- Target recurring issues and coordinate the efforts to resolve them permanently;
- Suggest and present process/tool improvements to increase team’s productivity;
- Communicate information to various stakeholders through meetings and dashboards.

Qualifications and skills
- College or University degree in area related to information systems and/or administration;
- Experience in the support area is an asset but not mandatory: the profile matters a lot!;
- Fluency in English (especially in writing)/French an asset.

- Ability to synthesize and popularize information;
- Communication skills, both oral and written;
- Interactional skills (you will interact with different types of profiles);
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
Position information
- 37.5/hr weekday;
- One year contract with possibility of either renewable or convertible into permanency.
