What will your typical day look like?
Key Accountabilities of the Technology & Registration Coordinator in the Events Experience team:
60% – Registration
- Assist in the build, testing, and launch of event websites utilizing our registration software (Cvent), for both standard and complex events, including bilingual and trilingual sites
20% – Event systems management & reporting
- Provide technical support related to event systems (i.e.- Cvent, SpotMe, event mobile app), including troubleshooting, best practices and recommendations to both team members and stakeholders
- Act as a champion for our event management software (Cvent), implementing and driving adoption of various system features such as budgeting, data collection, sourcing, attendee tracking
- Assist with the creation and development of custom reports based on business unit reporting requirements and metrics, including data management and analysis
20% – Event technology
- Support the team with any other initiatives related to event technology in the planning and execution of virtual, hybrid and in-person events
About the team
Recently, the Chief People and Culture Office (CCPO) developed a Culture and People Strategy for 2023 – a roadmap that will guide enablement of the broader firm Category of One strategy by inspiring and empowering our people by delivering “I only could have done it at Deloitte” experiences.
The Technology & Registration Coordinator will (1) work closely with members of our broad Events Experience team on the build and management of online registrations, (2) act as a champion for our event management system creating reports, dashboards, and best practices; (3) support the team on employing other event technologies related with the execution of virtual & hybrid events.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in data management and event technology
- Proficiency in Cvent and excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Prior experience with other event platforms and applications, and general knowledge of HTML and CSS are beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work independently while remaining motivated
- General knowledge of project management and event coordination are valuable, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills
