ROLE SUMMARY: Responsible for defining and implementing quality engineering strategies that support rapid application development. Focus on all layers of the application stack, applying knowledge of technology and software engineering practices to drive automation adoption within the appropriate phases of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Must Have Experience/Skills: –

• Experience in leading projects from end to end.
• Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.
• Lead the testing effort, construct and execute release tests.
• Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
• Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives.
• Coach and advice testers
• Strong experience in stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand functional, technical and non-functional requirements.
