Job description: Park Town Hotel has a 10000 sq ft meeting space split in 9 rooms. 173 room, 7-story, full-service hotel located in downtown Saskatoon along the banks of the South Saskatchewan River. The hotel has a total of 3 Food and Beverage outlets. The Rooms and catering space just went through an extensive renovations.

The Cook position is responsible for assisting in the production of a specific department within the kitchen. The position is responsible for assisting in maintaining all Park Town Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures as they relate to the kitchen. Ensures all completed menu items meet or exceed posted standards for presentation. Ensures department is clean, safe and waste is kept a minimum.

1-2 years cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant. Culinary diploma/degree is an asset.Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
