Job description:

• Perform spontaneous repairs
• Make general repairs
• Reply to customer requests in a timely manner
• Perform repairs to ensure the comfort of the client during his stay
• Carry out preventive maintenance
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance of buildings
• Doing some small jobs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, locks, maintenance, and general repairs.
• Taking out the trash
• Clear snow from sidewalks, access ramps, emergency exits and entrances
• Have a knowledge base in electricity
• Able to lift and move 40 kg and more
• Remove, install, store and maintain equipment for each season’s activities
• All other related tasks

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance worker is responsible for the repair and maintenance of hotel devices and equipment.

Education:

• D.E.S. (Secondary School Diploma) – Essential

Language:

• English Spoken – Average – Essential
• French Spoken – Average – Essential
• English Written – Average – Asset
• French Written – Average – Asset
