Job description: Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Montreal or Quebec
Salary: Up to $ 90,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

– Support the Account Executive in all account development and marketing activities
– Assist the Account Manager in the development of new business and the maintenance of customer accounts
– Provide support to the Account Manager and collaborate with team members
– Prepare for the transition and deployment of the product
– Prepare proposals and responses
– Provide telephone and administrative support
– Direct liaison with customers and business partners
– Ensure orders are shipped efficiently

Qualifications:

– Previous service experience for large accounts
– Post-secondary education, university degree or related experience
– Perfectly bilingual (oral and written)
– Excellent knowledge of customer service
– Multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills
