The ideal candidate must have experience in general labour, painting, repairs, and possess general building knowledge and maintenance. They must be highly motivated, capable of working on your own, as well as working within a team to complete required tasks.

Job Description:
The duties of a Maintenance Technician include but not limited to the followings:
- Correct and safe use of all cleaning equipment, products, and materials.
- Being helpful, cordial, and courteous to guests and co-workers at all times.
- Following up on special maintenance and/or cleaning assignments given by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Diagnosing and organizing appropriate trades for issues that arise.
- Maintaining accurate yearly schedules for all equipment on property as well as coordinate yearly inspections of all appliances.
- Responsible for all drywall, patch and paint work in suites and common areas as needed.
- Immediately reporting any safety hazards, maintenance defects, or other problems to the Operations Manager
- Assisting in moving of furniture, delivery and pick up of special request items, carpet cleaning, Shaw technical issues.
- Being security conscious on guest floors, occupied suites, and back off the house areas.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene, grooming and attire (LEVEL polo shirt must always be worn- no jeans allowed).
- Abiding by the LEVEL’S vision statement, mission statement and core values.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-years of maintenance experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Applicants with plumbing experience, appliance repair knowledge, and electrical abilities will be preferred
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Salary/Wage: Pending Experience
