Harbourside CPA is a Vancouver-based Chartered Professional Accountants public practice firm providing quality audit and assurance, tax, estate planning, and advisory services. Your Key Responsibilities * Answering calls, greeting visitors, responding to phone and email inquiries and other reception duties.

  • Performing administrative duties preparing correspondence, data entry, faxing, printing and copying, updating spreadsheets and dropping off bank deposits.
  • Organizing the office, ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and the office is tidy.
  • Processing client payments by email and over the phone, delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Supporting the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials for meetings, coordinating couriers and distributing mail.

Your Qualifications

  • Ability to work from our downtown Vancouver office
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience balancing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Highly skilled using Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated experience learning new technology quickly
  • Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills
  • Some post-secondary education preferred
  • Previous experience in an accounting, legal, or engineering firm considered an asset
