We are currently recruiting for a Head of Hotel Food and Beverage to join our talented Food and Beverage Team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort.

This is a full time (40 hour) permanent position.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of food and beverage operations at the hotel
- Lead, manage, motivate and inspire the food and beverage operations teams
- Ensure seamless and timely communications between the food and beverage department and all other departments within the hotel
- Control food and beverage wages and costs and budgets carefully
- Foster a culture of teamwork and five-star customer service ethos across the team and champion guest satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Large-scale food and beverage operations experience is essential
- High-end resort hotel or venue experience is highly desirable
- Current experience as a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of F&B or Hotel Operations Manager is preferable
- A self-motivated, driven, guest-orientated and proactive attitude is also required
- The ability to prioritise activities, communicate, plan your time and co-ordinate F&B operations across multiple outlets is required
- Proven, successful people management and leadership experience is essential
