The supervisor will assist in the planning, direction and coordination of demand & preventative maintenance work. The supervisor will also assist in the scheduling and implementation of the rooms’ preventative maintenance program, ensuring consistent achievement of quality and frequency standards while minimizing guest disruptions due to occupancy.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Assists in the scheduling of demand service work and preventative maintenance work so to minimize guest disruption and maximize the guest experience.
- Looks for and suggests new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and improve environmental controls, safety and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
- Inspect work quality and provide real time feedback and recognition to associates.
- Performance management responsibility for associates.
- Prepare schedules and coordinate with other hotel maintenance departments to share resources as appropriate. Review and sign-off on payroll.
- Monitor and assign open requests through the CMMS reporting tools.
- Works with a strong Health & Safety focus; ensures that associates are working safely
- Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance.
- Experience/knowledge working with a CMMS and MS Office
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record
- Proven Communication and Leadership Skills
- Able to work a 5pm to 1:30am from Tuesday to Saturday – (Shift could change)
