Today is the day to boost your career! Pinchin is seeking a Project Manager to join our Indoor Environmental Quality team in one of our British Columbia offices.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager will manage various projects in industrial, commercial, and residential industries. The Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) group provides consulting services for a variety of projects including:
- COVID-19 services
- Fire and smoke damage
- Indoor air quality
- Infection control
- LEED
- Legionella and water testing
- Mould and water damage
- Radon

Summary of Responsibilities
Project Managers in the Indoor Environmental Quality group will provide consulting services for various projects, including COVID-19, fire and smoke damage, indoor air quality, infection control, LEED, legionella and water testing, mould and water damage, and radon.
A day in the life of a Project Manager in Pinchin:
- Prepare proposals
- Supervise and perform assessments and remediation/abatement work
- Manage work in progress, accounts receivable, and invoicing
- Develop business relationships with both new and existing clients
- Supervise, train and mentor Project Technologists in their job functions
- Maintain and enhance quality control within the group
What you bring to the Pinchin team
- A degree or diploma in a related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a project manager in a related industry
- Familiar with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project related financial management
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and team building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Vehicle and valid driver’s license (work-related travel expenses are compensated)
- Availability to travel
