The Role

  • As an Account Executive, you will be on the front lines of sales, talking directly to prospects and clients, taking them through the entire sales cycle
  • Looking for a strategic-minded and enthusiastic sales executive to join the team
  • This role is part of the growth team (consisting of marketing, sales, and customer success)
  • Your customer base will be vacation rental and hotel managers, assisting in the creation of more efficient operations through the implementation of smart devices and software
  • Opportunity to contribute to our go to market strategy, aiding in creating a message that speaks to our target audience at scale
  • This is a great opportunity to influence the whole customer journey, not just passively handle leads

The Responsibilities

  • Outbound – prospecting and qualification of opportunities
  • Sales Process – effectively communicating with our clients and delivering software demonstrations of our product
  • Closing Opportunities – complete sales cycle and preparing each project for a successful deployment
  • Communication – delivering compelling messaging, whether it’s a sales email or a landing page
  • Assisting with online marketing and other promotional channels

The Requirements

  • You are a self-starter who is confident in taking on responsibilities, while also being a team player
  • Personable and strong communication skills; skilled at comprehending a clients needs
  • You embrace change and are dynamic and flexible; we’re a startup, so things change often and quickly!
  • Enthusiastic about technology, analytical thinking and details
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and SaaS
  • A bonus if you have experience in hospitality and short term rentals
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must be Vancouver based as this is a hybrid role
