Supporting and reporting directly to the Director, Talent & Culture., you will promote, live and demonstrate Company Values while working at creating an environement where each and every member of the team is recognized and feels valued for their contribution.

  • What you will be doing:
  • In this role, you will support the coordination of the actions of the leaders and colleagues in all elements of the Talent Journey including:
  • Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection,
  • Induction & Onboarding,
  • Performance Management & Feedback,
  • Contribute to the actions towards Colleague Engagement,
  • Assist the Director of T&C with day to day Labour Relations,
  • Provide guidance and facilitate certain Learning & Development activities,
  • Sopport activities around Talent Management ,
  • Promote Culture, Diversity & Inclusion,
  • Ensures awareness and compliance of Policies & Procedures,
  • Participates to Reward & Recognition actions and programs,
  • Benefits administration,
  • Promotion of Health & Safety and Wellness,
  • Promotion and Compliance of Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Your experience and skills include:
  • Proficiency in both englsih & french languages;
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a ledership level position;
  • Experience in Hotel operations or service industry is desirable;
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and employment laws;
  • Up-to-date on HR trends and practices;
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications;
  • Strong Relationship Builder;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels of talent;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change;
  • Strong initiatine, Self-motivated and energetic;
  • Highly reliable and responsible;
