Under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager, a night auditor is an employee of the adminsitrative services whose function is to verify the commercial transactions made during the day in order to balance the accounts and the deposits as well as closing the cash, all ensuring the reception during the night. He assumes the role of receptionnist by welcoming guests so that they enjoy the best hotel experience.

Job description:

• Classify commercial transactions made during the day,
• Check and correct transaction records and update the hotel guest folio,
• Balancing the accounts and closing the cash register of the different sales points,
• Produce daily journal report,
• Answer calls and forward incoming calls,
• Perform departures and arrivals,
• Manage reservations and group arrivals,
• Collaborate with the security department
• Answer customer complaints,
• Other adminsitrative and/or accounting tasks.

Education:

• D.E.S. (Secondary School Diploma) – Asset
