As a Barista at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, you would be responsible for preparing guests a coffee and hot beverages as requested conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a related position

• Previous experience in a high end cafe
• Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
• Excellent communication skills

• Strong commitment to service

In this role, you will:

• Set up and break down the coffee shop and surrounding stations
• Prepare a wide variety of drink selections including specialty coffees and teas
• Operate the Micros based terminal system and have the ability to deal with financial transactions
• Interact and Engage daily with customers
• Run weekly inventory on products and creating requisitions on products
• Conduct daily and weekly cleaning duties

• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
