Job Description

Points is looking for a Coordinator, Partnerships to join our Partner Strategy team for a permanent position.

As a Coordinator, Partnerships, you will enjoy an expanding role that will assist the Senior Manager and Director with responding to Partner needs and inquiries. You will actively support product launches, administer marketing campaigns via internal tickets/request systems, be responsible for end-to-end testing of campaigns, and play a key role in supporting the overall partner strategy process. With exceptional organizational skills you will help our team achieve annual business development (revenue) targets for our partners. You are responsive, willing to play multiple roles and have strong experience in the loyalty, technology, e-commerce or advertising agency field.

This role reports to Senior Manager, Partnerships. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Meeting Annual plans for each partnership through strong attention to detail as you coordinate seamless promotion execution through internal systems and confirm their accuracy. Active use and ownership of Salesforce for marketing campaign execution, performance and reporting.
  • Manage ongoing day-to-day relationships with Partners and ensure the delivery of operational excellence, developing trust and integrity with our partners in all dealings.
  • Fostering good working relationships and collaborating with various internal departments across the organization to implement and synchronize plans for Partners in accordance with corporate and Partner goals.
  • Manage communication and facilitate conversations between key audiences (internal/external). Acting as both the voice of the Partner and Points, to collaborate and organize clear, concise requirements to solve issues and ensure seamless and efficient execution of projects.
  • Run effective meetings, assisting with bi-weekly and monthly status review calls with Partners to review key milestones, active projects, new business opportunities and outstanding issues. Preparing reports that summarize data to offer insight relevant to Partners’ business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Coordinator or Administrative role
  • Post-Secondary degree or applicable work experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management, group collaboration, attention-to-detail, organizational skills and ability to be self-reliant and driven to achieve goals
