BRP is searching for a Customer Relations Specialist. Within the Customer Services team, you maintain customer’s trust in BRP. You are an essential link between BRP customers, our dealer network, and our Customer Service team in solving complex, sensitive and high visibility issues.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

The Customer Relations Specialist & E-Commerce Support will be an expert of consumer relations and recognized as a reference throughout the organization. His/her main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop, negotiate and deliver to customers quality solutions to their complex requests;
  • Balance company and customer needs with customer experience;
  • Identify and escalate emerging customer dissatisfier in order to seize opportunities for operational improvements;
  • Establish relationships with other functions and departments to mobilize the right resources when needed in order to reach the best possible reconciliation.
  • Process dealer inquiries to maintain their commitment to the eCommerce program
  • Process customer requests from our e-commerce sites in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction
  • Perform various reports on transport and case management activities on a periodic basis.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • College degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in customer service with a strong background managing complex and critical cases
  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation along with solid decisions making ability
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess excellent negociation skills
  • Outstanding follow through and organizational ability;
  • Possess a strong comprehension regarding the value of consumer relations and demonstrate genuine empathy towards consumers
