Responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the director, you will have the following tasks:
– Take customer orders by email, phone, and create quotes
– Carry out the necessary research for the order (products, availability, price, etc.)
– Provide the necessary information to various departments as well as to customers
– Follow up with the departments involved to ensure the proper functioning of the order
– All other related tasks

Qualifications
To apply, you must have the following qualifications:
– At least 1 year of customer service experience
– Have experience in a fast-paced environment
– Have an advanced level of English
– Be skilled with computers in general
– Be versatile, dynamic and have excellent time and stress management
