Perks & Benefits:
- This will be a 12-month contract!
- Hybrid Role – Monday to Friday!
- Compensation: $25/hr. to $30/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders using Automated Sales Order Process (System) and quotes to be processed in SAP
- Admin tasks, preparing courier shipments when required
- Work closely with customers in Canada and nationwide
- Setting up new Customers in Salesforce
- Processing requests, including orders, quotes, setting up contract pricing, return authorizations, stock inquiries, and complaints
- Use of third-party platforms such as Realex, Vertex, e-shop, and ASOP (Automated Sales Order Process)
- Basic accounting tasks including credit and rebills, generation of statements, and invoices, processing credit card purchases, assisting customers with account status information
Qualifications:
- A diploma/Degree in Business Administration or IT is an asset
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in an Industrial Manufacturing environment or call center is preferred but not essential
- Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Salesforce, and SAP
- Typing speed at least 50 to 55 WPM
- Sound mathematical aptitude, dealing with percentages and discounts daily
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
