FedEx is looking for a for a 12 months contract as a Customer Technology Consultant.
GENERAL SUMMARY
To provide technical leadership to FedEx Sales for the development and implementation of the most complex and customized Electronic Commerce and Supply Chain Electronic Solutions with our most sophisticated customers.
Applies expertise as liaison between Customer, Sales, and System Development Groups to assist in
major sales; implement advanced automation solutions, and provide ongoing technical advice and expertise.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
– Business
– Computer Science
– Engineering
Information Technology – 6 years – Professional experience in technical sales, system analysis, customer technology or engineering
Experience in one or more of the following areas required. Programming, networking, relational databases, messaging and electronic data interchange applications
Experience leading a project – defining requirement, solutioning, implementation, training, and supply.
Experience with C# programming and VBA scripting
Project Management skills an asset.
Some travel required
