The Digital Marketing Coordinator leads the development and implementation of marketing strategies that build brand awareness and contribute to achieving the growth objectives of the company. They will work closely with the district management team, the managers and the Coaches to grow the business and hit lead targets.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop marketing plans and strategies to advance the reputation and brand awareness of Anytime Fitness
Liaise with the sales teams to align strategies and tactics with marketing directions
Educate management and sales teams on how to carry out social media strategies
Develop and maintain divisional marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, videos and web-content
Develop and administer marketing campaigns to generate leads, utilizing both traditional and new media
Manage advertising and promotional campaigns, including identifying opportunities, coordinating the delivery of creative promotional material, and evaluating return on marketing investment
Develops, coordinates and manages content AF Coaching digital platforms and websites in alignment with marketing and fundraising strategies (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and websites.
Posting on Google My Business, set up the Google Ad Words weekly, manage and report on their insights.
Manage website content and identify digital marketing opportunities
Conduct market research to support the business units in identifying, assessing and developing new marketing tactics for their markets
Identify media relations opportunities and coordinate the preparation of news releases, media events and editorial placement
Oversee the representation of the Advanced Technology Division technology at local, national and international trade shows, including show selection, booth promotion and branded visuals
Monitor customer satisfaction and report trends and gaps to the sales and customer service teams
Manage the Media Developer with the curation of campaign materials and video/photography shoots
You will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales and will have a direct impact on the marketing direction in the organization and the digital media strategies
Oversee co-op team members, who specialize in design, marketing, or PR
Qualifications/Requirements:
A strong leader in marketing plan development and campaign execution
Experience with digital marketing, website content management, social media and video production
Experience with analytical reporting tools and reporting metrics
Highly developed organizational skills
Strong presentation and educational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in the fitness industry is an asset
Creative proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Corel, GIMP, similar is an asset!
Experience with SEO or PPC marketing is an extra asset!
Experience with web design/development platforms like WordPress is an extra asset!
Education and Experience:
Education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar field (Required)
Experience in Marketing Role: 2 years (Preferred)
