An organization working in the tech / telecommunications industry is looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to work on diversified projects and support its growth! Your role will be to establish digital marketing strategies targeting a B2B clients. Team up with the Demand Generation Manager and the Brand manager, you will have to develop paid campaigns on the different platforms and optimize web performance.

Responsibilities
– Establish SEM/SEO/CRO strategies;
– Plan, configure and optimize paid campaigns and manage A/B tests to improve conversions; optimize targeting, bidding, advertising content, landing pages, CTAs, etc.;
– Plan and prioritize the improvements to be made to the website and then implement them using the CMS (WordPress) in collaboration with the internal and development teams;
– Analyze the performance of digital campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforces, Hotjar, etc.);
– Measure ROI and KPI’s;
– Optimize and perform tests aimed at improving, among other things, the performance of the click rate, the conversion rate, the cost per “lead” and the ROAS;
– Produce weekly and monthly performance reports including detailed analysis and information;
– Participate in the optimization of search engine performance and implement best practices for SEO.

Qualifications
– Bilingualism;
– 2 years of experience and +;
– Have worked in a B2B environment;
– Experience in managing large SEM campaigns;
– Mastery of SEM/SEO techniques;
– UX/UI knowledge;
– Excellent knowledge of the Google marketing suite: Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Data Studio.
