  • Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
  • Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure that all operations meet or exceed organizational goals and competitive benchmark standards
  • Ensure compliance with the operational standards regards to safety and sanitation codes and laws, food storage, loss prevention, and licensing.
  • Understands the brand’s service culture and complies with brand standards
  • Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
  • Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Coordinates cleaning program in all F&B areas, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintains availability and is approachable to all team members.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand-specific service culture. Oversee the training and development of all employees to ensure timely recruitment and career growth through succession planning
  • Analyse financial statements
  • Develop business plans for growth and expansion
  • Conduct meetings with department heads to review results and plan development
  • Coordinate with the hotel to ensure guest operational excellence
  • Leading & developing a team to high performance

Education and Experience

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years F&B experience in a senior leadership role
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
