Job description: Getting paid shouldn’t be so hard, and our client’s suite of FinTech SaaS solutions makes customers WANT to pay their bills by placing their experience at the centre of the product. Following a strategic acquisition by a prominent private equity firm for $120M+, they are growing at 50% YoY with no signs of slowing.
Their leaders are seeking an experienced Director of Sales Development to join them in Toronto (preferred) who has built and led high-performing teams.

About You
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing sales development teams (outbound) in the B2B SaaS space.
- Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers, or Accounting departments is an asset; preference will be given to candidates with experience in FinTech or a background in Accounting/Finance.
- MUST have experience creating playbooks, building compensation plans, and territory planning.
- Highly organized and process-oriented: Your team will be distributed across multiple time zones in Canada and the U.S., and you’re prepared to connect with everyone and enable their success.
- Comfortable working autonomously, giving and receiving regular feedback, and collaborating with your leaders and peers – you will not be micromanaged, but you are expected to be a team player.
