Job description: Our client is a leading provider of support services for commercial and industrial facilities. With over 40 years of success and a backing from one of Canada’s largest private equity firms, they have created a strong and stable presence in North America.
Due to recent growth from successful acquisitions along with a mandate to grow their B2B sales team across North America, they are looking to add a motivated Global Director of Sales Enablement to join their rapidly growing sales organization.
About The Role
- Coach, train and develop a sales organization that is in hyper-growth mode
- Manage a team of 5-7 global employees that contribute in sales training, enablement, and engagement
- Implement strategies that foster a sales culture of activity and performance metrics
- Strong process oriented background
- Assist in planning annual goals, appraisals, performance targets, and compensation plans
- Be a strategic leader across the Sales and Educations department in the business
About You:
- 5+ years of B2B Sales Enablement and Training experience plus 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of consultative selling and the sales planning process
- A proven track record in building strong employee engagement and training processes for sales people
- Must be a self-starter, well organized and can work both independently and in a team environment.
- Post-secondary education in a business-related discipline (Diploma or Degree preferred)
