Job Description
- Reports to Executive, and Sous chefs
- Maintain Station in a clean and orderly manner
- Effectivly maintain ceramic plateware and steel flatware
- Regularly clean and sanitize stations
- Maintain cleanliness in all storage spaces
Job Requirements
- Experience in a high volume kitchen is an asset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable, punctual
- Must be self driven, and have great communication skills
Education:
- High School Diploma preferred
