From a warm welcome to a fond farewell, as a Door Attendant, you will take care of the guests as soon as they step foot onto the driveway, ensuring a lasting impression for our guests’ stay.

What you will be doing:

• Owning the front driveway, assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service
• Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage to and from guest vehicles
• Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities
• To be familiar with all guest related activities and events within the hotel and outside agencies, such as activities, theatre, outside transportation, recreation and current events
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Knowledge of Whistler area is an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean abstract is required
• Class 4 BC Driver’s License is an asset

Physical aspects include but are not limited to:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting of 45 pounds of weight for extended period of time
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
