Position Summary:

This role is made for a Superhuman comrade that can organize and prioritize the CEO’s tasks within the local Toronto office; including project management and delegation, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and firm but friendly boundary setting. The ideal Executive Assistant for this role will be able to create a work-life balance for the CEO through detailed calendar management and having an understanding of the leader’s priorities. An intuitive and experienced EA that is capable of long-term planning and is adaptable and willing to take on the pop-up tasks that come with project management. Most importantly, this human must be a loyal and sociable partner to the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Personal brand management for CEOs
  • Multi-calendar management
  • Full inbox management and correspondence
  • Content management and coordination
  • Project management
  • Maintain vendor contracts and timelines
  • Social media administration
  • Travel planning
  • Expense reporting
  • Meeting management including scheduling, content research, and coordination materials
  • Assist with employee engagement, 1:1 meetings

  • Hubspot preferred but will train

Compensation Details:

  • $70-85K DOE
  • A robust benefits package

The role requires at least 5 years (preferably 7 years) of experience. Onsite in Toronto, ON, Canada. M4P 3A2
